About
I work deliberately across several domains instead of specializing in one. I treat being a multipotentialite as a feature, not a bug: the refusal to pick a single lane is the point, not something to apologize for. My interests sit at the intersection of AI, security, systems and Linux, and most of what I build lives somewhere in that overlap.
How I work
I install things just to see how they break, write up the fix so it doesn't bite me twice, and plan before I build. AI fits in there as a power tool: I drive it for speed and leverage on the curiosities, not as a replacement for understanding what I'm shipping.
I keep an Obsidian vault under git as a lab notebook (summary table, root cause, lessons, repro) so the next person down the same hole, often future-me, doesn't lose the same hour.
The fleet
Different problems, different machines: a headless 2015 MacBook Pro, a ThinkPad T61 on Debian, a homelab PC, and a Raspberry Pi 4 quietly running in the corner. I'd rather my homepage be something you SSH into.
